If you need to return your product(s) for a refund, please do so within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on overly used products (as determined by Replere®/Dr Palmer's LLC). Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns of products purchased from other retail channels. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
