Order Approval and Shipment Processing
Order approval occurs on weekdays, during business hours, excluding Holidays. Our order approval process includes inventory and payment verification; it may take up to 24-hours to approve your order. Shipment processing occurs immediately after order approval between Monday and Friday. If there is an issue with your order or shipment, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Shipment Notification and Tracking
Upon shipping your order, a confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) will be sent to your email address. Replere® account holders may also sign into their account to obtain their tracking number.
